How to request a refund

  1. 1. iOS subscriptions: Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Astrum charge and tap "Request a Refund". Apple typically decides within 48 hours.
  2. 2. Desktop & Android (Stripe): Email support@astrumvpn.com from the address on your account, with your transaction ID. We confirm within 1 business day and the refund settles in 5.
  3. 3. Activation codes: If the code is still unredeemed, full refund. If redeemed, pro-rated to the unused portion. Same email as above.

When we cannot refund

  • · Outside the 7-day window (90-day window for iOS via Apple).
  • · Renewal of an existing subscription (use the renewal reminder email to cancel before the charge).
  • · Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations (abuse, fraud, ToS §5).

Chargebacks

If a charge looks unfamiliar, please email us before disputing with your bank — most chargebacks are family members sharing a card and can be resolved in minutes. Disputed accounts are suspended pending investigation; resolved disputes are restored without penalty.
